Please read these Terms of Service carefully before ordering or using PrimeFilter services.
This page applies to services supplied by PrimeFilter LLC. Please keep a copy for your records and review it whenever the last updated date changes.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you, the person or organization using the services, and PrimeFilter LLC (“PrimeFilter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the PrimeFilter website, client area, servers, hosting products, network services, support channels, and any related service we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using a Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. When you act for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
PrimeFilter provides internet infrastructure and hosting-related services, which may include virtual private servers (VPS/KVM), remote desktop servers (RDP), dedicated servers, web hosting, game-server hosting, DDoS-protected connectivity, IP addresses, licenses, control panels, and related technical services.
The exact specifications, included resources, deployment method, billing period, setup time, bandwidth allowance, location, and support scope are shown on the applicable product page, order form, quotation, or invoice. Product availability and hardware models may change.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, enabling available security features, and all activity performed through your account.
We may request reasonable identity, address, payment, or business verification before or after activation, particularly where fraud, abuse, sanctions, or payment risk is suspected.
Services are generally prepaid. Prices, taxes, setup fees, billing periods, and renewal dates are displayed before payment or on the relevant invoice. You authorize our payment providers to process the amount shown at checkout.
Bank, card, currency-conversion, intermediary, and payment-provider charges are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.
An unpaid, expired, abusive, insecure, or non-compliant Service may be suspended, restricted, null-routed, or terminated. A suspended Service may remain unavailable until the relevant issue and all outstanding amounts are resolved.
After a Service expires or is terminated, its data may be deleted permanently. Any grace period shown in the client area is provided as a convenience and is not a backup guarantee. PrimeFilter is not obligated to retain, recover, or provide data after expiration, suspension, or termination.
Because hosting capacity, IP addresses, licenses, hardware, and network resources are allocated when a Service is delivered, payments are generally non-refundable after activation or delivery.
A refund or account credit may be considered only where required by law or, at our discretion, where we cannot deliver the purchased Service or a verified fault within infrastructure controlled by PrimeFilter remains unresolved. Refunds are not normally provided for:
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where reasonably possible and may exclude non-recoverable provider fees.
Contact PrimeFilter support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so that we can investigate the transaction. Filing a false, duplicate, or abusive dispute may result in immediate suspension of all associated Services and accounts.
We may provide relevant order, login, delivery, service-usage, support, and acceptance records to the payment provider or financial institution handling a dispute. Fraudulent orders, stolen payment methods, unauthorized resale, and attempts to evade verification are prohibited.
You must use the Services lawfully and in a way that does not harm PrimeFilter, our providers, other customers, or third parties. Prohibited use includes, without limitation:
Security research or penetration testing is permitted only with the system owner’s authorization and our prior written approval where it may affect PrimeFilter infrastructure or network reputation.
You may use only the resources assigned to your Service. Shared and virtualized products must not be used in a manner that materially degrades the platform or other customers’ Services.
We may apply reasonable technical controls, rate limits, temporary restrictions, traffic filtering, process termination, or migration where usage causes instability, creates security risk, exceeds the purchased allocation, or violates a fair-use or bandwidth condition shown with the product.
IP addresses remain under the control of PrimeFilter or its upstream providers and may be changed, withdrawn, or reassigned when operationally necessary.
We review credible abuse complaints and may request a response, supporting information, or corrective action within a specified time. Serious or urgent abuse may be actioned immediately without advance notice.
Reports should identify the affected IP address, domain or URL, timestamps and time zone, relevant logs or headers, a clear description of the alleged violation, and the reporter’s contact details. Send reports to abuse@primefilter.host.
You must cooperate with reasonable abuse and security investigations. Repeated complaints, failure to respond, or failure to correct a violation may result in suspension or termination.
DDoS protection and traffic filtering reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every attack will be blocked or that a Service will remain reachable during every event. Filtering profiles, mitigation thresholds, protected protocols, and capacity depend on the product and network location.
We may block traffic, null-route an IP, limit a protocol, or temporarily isolate a Service to protect the network. You remain responsible for securing your operating system, applications, passwords, exposed services, firewall rules, and customer data.
You retain responsibility for files, databases, applications, communications, and other content stored or transmitted through your Service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.
Unless a product expressly includes a managed backup service, PrimeFilter does not provide scheduled customer-data backups. Any snapshot, image, copy, or recovery feature is provided without a guarantee of completeness or availability.
You are responsible for maintaining tested backups in a separate location and for verifying that they can be restored.
Support covers the PrimeFilter infrastructure and the features included with the purchased Service. Unless a managed service or custom work is expressly purchased, support does not include development, debugging, optimization, administration, or repair of customer-installed software, scripts, mods, websites, databases, control panels, game servers, or operating-system customizations.
For account security, only the registered account owner or an authorized contact may request account changes or receive protected information. We may require verification before acting.
Official support is provided through the client area and other channels identified on our website. Response times are targets, not guarantees, unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.
We work to provide reliable Services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned or emergency maintenance, hardware failure, software defects, attacks, upstream-provider incidents, routing changes, power events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Any uptime figure displayed on the website is a service objective unless a specific written service-level agreement states otherwise. We may perform maintenance and make changes required for security, reliability, compliance, or network operation.
The PrimeFilter name, logo, website design, original text, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PrimeFilter LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of PrimeFilter intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misrepresent, or use our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation without permission.
Some Services depend on third-party datacenters, networks, registries, payment processors, software, licenses, or control panels. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party acts, outages, policy changes, software defects, or discontinued products outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PrimeFilter disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where those disclaimers are legally permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeFilter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profit, revenue, reputation, business opportunity, or data; or the cost of replacement services.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, PrimeFilter’s aggregate liability arising from the affected Service will not exceed the amount you paid to PrimeFilter for that Service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrimeFilter LLC, its personnel, contractors, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the PrimeFilter Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Subject to mandatory law, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, providers, security requirements, laws, or business practices. The revised version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website, client area, or account email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
